Living in Layers with Nature Shaped by the natural slope of its site, the project brings a series of interconnected residences together within a strong horizontal architectural composition. Stepping naturally with the terrain, the volumes extend toward the landscape through generous balconies, shared terraces and living spaces designed to blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors. The timeless texture of natural stone, the warmth of timber and the visual lightness of expansive glazing create a contemporary architectural identity deeply connected to its surroundings. Landscape becomes an integral part of the architecture, flowing into terraces, entrances and everyday living spaces. During the day, the development reads as a calm residential composition embedded in nature; after sunset, carefully integrated architectural lighting reveals a more refined character. The result is a timeless approach to luxury—defined not by excess, but through proportion, materiality, light and a continuous dialogue with nature.
