A New Urban Layer Beginning at the Sea and Extending into the City Conceived as more than a waterfront development, the masterplan transforms the coastline into the primary public spine of a new urban district, integrating residential, commercial, social and landscaped environments within a unified spatial framework. A carefully modulated skyline rises gradually from the waterfront, while pedestrian-oriented streets, residential courtyards, linear parks and green corridors establish a continuous network of public space extending from the sea deep into the urban fabric. Rather than focusing solely on individual buildings, the architecture places emphasis on the spaces between them — streets, courtyards, gardens, plazas and pedestrian routes where everyday urban life unfolds. From the vibrant waterfront promenade to intimate residential gardens, each layer contributes to a diverse yet coherent urban experience. Architecture, landscape and public life converge to create not simply a collection of buildings, but a living piece of city shaped around the relationship between people and the sea.
