Bringing together the Mukhtar’s Office and the Sunni Baba Tomb within a unified landscape, the project establishes a calm and meaningful relationship between everyday civic life and a place of spiritual significance . The buildings are integrated with landscaped courtyards, shaded gathering areas, pedestrian paths, and a rich green setting, creating an active public space embedded in the daily life of the neighborhood. Reading lecterns and quiet seating areas positioned throughout the landscape extend the contemplative character of the tomb into the surrounding gardens. Natural materials, a carefully controlled architectural scale, and the preservation of mature vegetation shape an environment for visiting, reading, resting, and gathering—transforming the site into a contemporary neighborhood landmark where architecture, landscape, and collective memory come together.
