Reinterpreting the scale of the urban fabric, the project brings together strong residential volumes around landscaped courtyards and shared social spaces. Variations in building height break down the perception of density, while stone textures, brick surfaces and dark metal accents establish a timeless and distinctive architectural identity. At the heart of the development, the green spine is conceived not simply as landscape, but as a living inner garden where children, families and everyday neighbourhood life come together. Human-scaled open spaces, controlled permeability and layered planting transform urban density into a calm, refined and highly connected residential environment. Architectural approach: Not to conceal density, but to transform it into quality of life.
