Kuzguncuk Konakları is conceived as a contemporary residential development responding to the scale and strong landscape character of its surroundings. A fragmented architectural composition follows the natural topography, creating gardens, pedestrian routes and shared spaces at varying levels while allowing the overall density to dissolve into the landscape. Natural tones, generous openings, balconies and carefully balanced material transitions establish a modern yet timeless architectural identity. Enriched by layered landscaping, children’s play areas and communal spaces, the project extends beyond a collection of residences to create a vibrant, green neighborhood and a cohesive living environment.
