Responding directly to Bodrum’s distinctive landscape, the project positions 11 independent villas within a terraced settlement that follows the natural slope of the site. The staggered configuration preserves openness and privacy while private pools, generous outdoor terraces and landscape-integrated transitions extend everyday life beyond the interiors. White architectural surfaces reference Bodrum’s understated identity, complemented by natural stone, contemporary shading elements and expansive glazing for a refined interpretation of Aegean living. Private parking is integrated into the lowest levels, separating vehicle circulation from the primary living spaces and allowing the upper terraces to remain dedicated to views, landscape and outdoor life. Rather than dominating its setting, the project rises with the land—bringing architecture, landscape and Bodrum’s outdoor lifestyle together in a distinctive residential experience.
