The Military Recruitment Office was conceived as a civic complex that combines the disciplined and institutional character of a public building with a strong, human-scaled spatial identity. A clear massing strategy, a pronounced entrance axis and a restrained material palette define the main building, while landscaped gardens, outdoor training areas, gathering spaces and recreational zones transform its surroundings into an integrated campus. The inscription on the façade — “In no army in the world has there ever been found a soldier whose heart is purer and stronger than yours.” — becomes an integral architectural element reinforcing the symbolic identity of the building. Beyond security, accessibility and functional requirements, the project introduces spaces for waiting, resting, training and social interaction, transforming a conventional administrative facility into a living campus shaped around belonging, dignity and collective identity.
