Gurmeköy is conceived as a warm and refined interior that brings traditional bakery culture together with a contemporary retail and café experience. A material palette of natural timber, stone, black metal, and textured surfaces integrates with open product displays, bakery, and coffee areas, making the production experience part of the spatial identity. Layered displays, strong product visibility, and the centrally positioned fireplace create a distinctive, inviting, and lively atmosphere.
