Maslak Business, güçlü düşey kütlesini insan ölçeğinde tasarlanan ticari birimler, açık hava yaşam alanları, su öğeleri ve yoğun peyzajla bütünleştiriyor. Şeffaf cepheler ve derin düşey elemanlarla şekillenen kule; zeminde daha geçirgen, yaşayan ve günün farklı saatlerinde aktif kalan bir kent parçasına dönüşüyor. Proje, iş yaşamının prestijini kentsel yaşamın enerjisiyle buluşturan yeni nesil bir business hub olarak tasarlandı.

Set within the dynamic business fabric of Maslak, Maslak Business reimagines the workplace beyond the conventional office tower, integrating business, retail, landscape and social life into a layered urban experience. Its strong vertical mass is balanced by human-scaled retail spaces, landscaped terraces, water features and vibrant outdoor gathering areas. Defined by transparent façades and deep vertical elements, the tower meets the city through an open and active ground level that remains alive throughout the day. The project was conceived as a new-generation business hub where the prestige of work meets the energy of urban life.
