Ümraniye Atakent Konutları, yoğun kent dokusu içerisinde nitelikli açık alanları yaşamın merkezine alan çağdaş bir konut yerleşimi olarak tasarlandı. Sade ve güçlü kütle kompozisyonu; açık-koyu cephe yüzeyleri, ritmik pencere düzeni ve balkonlarla ölçeklendirilirken, yapıların çevrelediği geniş peyzaj alanı projenin sosyal omurgasını oluşturuyor. Yaya rotaları, dinlenme ve oyun alanları ile zengin bitkilendirme; bloklar arasında süreklilik gösteren, araçtan arındırılmış yaşayan bir iç bahçe kurgusu yaratıyor. Mimari ve peyzajın birlikte ele alındığı proje, kent yaşamının yoğunluğu içinde sakin, yeşil ve güçlü bir komşuluk ortamı sunmayı hedefliyor.
Ümraniye Atakent Residences is conceived as a contemporary residential development that places high-quality open spaces at the heart of everyday life within a dense urban context. A restrained yet strong massing composition is articulated through contrasting façade surfaces, rhythmic window patterns and balconies, while the generous landscaped areas enclosed by the buildings form the social backbone of the project. Pedestrian routes, recreation and play areas, together with layered planting, create a continuous, car-free garden environment between the residential blocks. Integrating architecture and landscape as a unified whole, the project aims to provide a calm, green and socially engaging living environment within the intensity of the city.
