Geleneksel kasap kültürünü çağdaş bir perakende deneyimiyle yeniden yorumlayan proje; doğal ahşap, siyah metal, cam ve dokulu yüzeylerin dengeli birlikteliği üzerine kurgulandı. Et teşhir üniteleri mekânın ana omurgasını oluştururken, açık ürün sergileri, kasap kültürüne referans veren grafik ve objeler ile endüstriyel detaylar tasarım kimliğini güçlendiriyor. Şeffaf cephe kurgusu iç mekânı kentle buluştururken; kontrollü aydınlatma, doğal dokular ve güçlü görsel akslar mekâna rafine, karakterli ve çağdaş bir gastronomik perakende atmosferi kazandırıyor.
Reinterpreting traditional butcher culture through a contemporary retail experience, the project is shaped by a balanced composition of natural timber, black metal, glass, and textured surfaces. Meat display counters form the spatial backbone, complemented by open product displays, butcher-inspired graphics and objects, and refined industrial details. The transparent storefront establishes a strong visual connection between the interior and the street, while controlled lighting, natural textures, and carefully defined visual axes create a refined, distinctive, and contemporary gastronomic retail environment.
